Walking beside a creek in spring and summer, you can have the expectation of coming across dragonflies, damselflies and birds.

On this occasion a Jade Hunter dragonfly came to rest on a boulder in the creek not far from a Stout Vicetail. They summed each other up for a while and then ignored each other giving me a great view of both of them.
